Calls to 03 numbers cost the same as calls to standard geographic numbers (01 or 02) even from a mobile phone. The TicketSource telephone box office service operates between Monday and Friday from 9.00AM till 7.00PM (excluding bank holidays) and Saturday from 9.00AM till 5.00PM. A call back service operates outside these hours.
